Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the overall planning, design and development of liquid cooling systems, ensuring that the systems meet performance, reliability and cost requirements.

Heat Dissipation R&D Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for communicating with customers about the technical requirements of heat dissipation modules and providing technical support to customers.
2. Responsible for thermal design of heat dissipation modules according to customers' technical parameter requirements.
3. Conduct thermal fluid analysis and simulation for heat dissipation designs and issue simulation reports.
4. Responsible for structural drawing of heat dissipation modules and technical communication with component suppliers.
5. Cooperate with thermal process engineers to complete sample prototyping and performance confirmation.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in thermal energy and power engineering, fluid mechanics, heat transfer, physics, mechanical design or related majors.

1. Conduct basic analysis and research on materials used in projects, establish the company's material information database and material technical standards, and be responsible for the research, development and selection of metal materials, optimizing process parameters and formulating product process standards, including but not limited to: copper, aluminum-copper alloys, titanium alloys, aluminum alloys, stainless steel and other metal materials as well as polymer materials.
2. Carry out performance testing and development of metal materials or polymer materials, and conduct research on material applications to ensure that materials meet the corresponding needs of the project.
